ABOUT ME
I love boxing as a fan of the sport and have done for as long as I can remember. I have worked hard to make my life full of things that make me feel happy and strong and for me there is no better place than in a boxing gym surrounded by people that inspire me every day.

PROUDEST ACHIEVEMENT
I have become a qualified England Boxing Coach which was a huge achievement for me and something that I never would have thought I would end up doing a few years ago if somebody would have told me I wouldn’t have believed them.

FAVOURITE EXERCISE
I love to skip.

LEAST FAVOURITE EXERCISE
Pullups.

MUSIC IN CLASS
It’s mostly hip-hop! I go between old school hip-hop and new stuff and try to create an energetic vibe that makes you feel focused at the same time.

I love to eat everything! But if I had to pick one thing it would be cookies!

I have a twin brother and he is the whole reason I love boxing. I can be really shy, I force myself to do the things I’m scared to do and nobody would know how terrified I was before doing it.
