Sweat by BXR is founded on healthy, functional and educated exercise structures. Our team have incorporated their learnings from both the sports and fitness industries to curate three session formats that are both highly effective and unique.
Pre-Training
Clients can utilise our professional team of Fitness Consultants who have expert knowledge of our sessions and the relevance of each. These consultants can curate bespoke training programmes to suit an individual’s needs and accompany them on their way.
Mid-Training
Our team will ensure that you receive detailed, professional guidance throughout your session. This will guarantee maximum benefit to each individual and minimise the chance of an injury.
Post-Training
We offer access to our in-house rehabilitation clinic – CHHP – who can offer clients support and post-training specialist care.
The Studios
