A high-octane class which combines elements of both boxing with strength and conditioning training.
Sweatbox is a two- part workout, consisting of four rounds of both boxing and floor work, enabling participants to get their fix of hitting the punch bag, whilst improving strength and stamina.
Please note: wraps are mandatory for this class. Please bring your own or purchase at reception. Boxing gloves will be provided by the studio.

A class which fuses together practices from the disciplines of both Pilates & Ballet Barre open to all levels.
This combination gives a highly effective form of exercising that both strengthens and lengthens the muscles, resulting in a leaner, tighter and toned appearance. Emphasising on the deep core and stabilising muscles to strengthen the body from the inside to out. This strength can be used to increase performance on all other training as well as everyday life. With the iconic high reps of small movements, this method is low-impact and high energy. Increasing endurance and strength, improving balance of postural alignment and increasing flexibility are the fundamentals of this method. Leaving you feeling a whole-body workout.
