A high-octane class which combines elements of both boxing with strength and conditioning training.
Sweatbox is a two- part workout, consisting of four rounds of both boxing and floor work, enabling participants to get their fix of hitting the punch bag, whilst improving strength and stamina.
Please note: wraps are mandatory for this class. Please bring your own or purchase at reception. Boxing gloves will be provided by the studio.
