BACKGROUND

James is one of our most highly qualified trainers at BXR and is a Sports Scientist, with three degrees. These include a BSc in sports science and MSc in Strength & Conditioning as well as being a certified Strength and Conditioning coach through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and the United Kingdom Strength and Conditioning Association.

His second MSc in Sports Rehabilitation, gives him practical and theoretical knowledge as a rehabilitation expert. He also has a Sports Massage Therapist diploma. Alongside his knowledge of sports and rehab specific training, James is also a certified Sports Nutritionist.

James’ approach to training is founded upon his scientific background, implementing the latest research to achieve efficient, effective and safe results for your benefit. He builds bespoke programmes, specific to each client’s goals and fitness levels using the same principles and passion that he uses with his Olympic athletes. Sessions are individually tailored and enjoyable, his experience spreads across a wide variety of clients.
